Bob Wolfinger always had a passion for the service industry, which led him to Penn State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Service and Housing Administration. Bob started his career with Houlihan’s and has lived all over the country, including Alaska, over the last 30 years working for Cooker Bar and Grill, Damons, and Bravo Brio Restaurant Group

Over twenty years of experience in the commercial real estate market in Western Pennsylvania specializing in property management, tenant representation, tenant relations, contract negotiating, construction management and leasing.
